Wellness allowance

Can I buy a gift card from you and use it as a health and wellbeing allowance? Can I buy it via your website, or do I have to come into your shop?

You can purchase prepaid credit either via our page on MATCHi or at reception at System Verification Fair Play Stadion. We offer various fixed amounts on MATCHi, which are added as prepaid credit to your MATCHi profile and can then be used as a payment method when booking courts. If you purchase one here at reception, we’ll help you top up your MATCHi account with the amount you’d like to add.

What can I use my health and wellbeing allowance for?

Wellness credits can only be used to book courts, activities and training sessions here with us; they cannot be used to pay for anything else.

How does Epassi work?

You can buy gift cards and pay for court bookings, courses and activities using your Epassi wellness allowance with us. You’ll need to be physically present at our premises so that we can process the transaction, and you’ll need to have the Epassi app to hand. Please come to reception and we’ll be happy to help you.

How long does the wellness allowance I pay in last?

I have a contract/course fee and would like to pay/make a partial payment on my invoice using Epassi. How do I do this?

Please contact Marie Mellgrev, marie.mellgrev@fairplaytk.se, for further assistance with paying your Epassi contract in instalments. The easiest way is to email her a screenshot showing the amount you’re using in Epassi, specifying which invoice the instalment is for.

app 2. Search for Fair Play Stadion
3.    Enter the amount and ‘swipe’ – confirm the amount against the venue
4. Take a screenshot of the voucher shown in the app
5. Email marie.mellgrev@fairplaytk.se with the screenshot, the invoice number and your name.”

Can I pay for individual sessions using Epassi?

Yes, the easiest way to do that is in person whilst you’re here at reception, and we’ll be happy to help you.

I’ve ‘swiped’ my wellness allowance to your centre in the app, but where has my money gone?

You’ll need to be here in person so that we can set up a gift card linked to your MATCHi profile, which you can then use to book courts and activities. Alternatively, email us the screenshot you took when you ‘swiped’/confirmed, along with your personal details, and we’ll set up the prepaid card for you in MATCHi.
